Today was a long slow day at work so I knew I needed to let off some steam when I got home so I took to my normal running path. Today was definitely not as easy as yesterday....I'll be honest today kicked my butt. After boot camp and running yesterday my body aches in every possible place. In order to compensate for my complete exhaustion and need for sleep I'm keeping this post short and sweet. It was a long day, but this sunset made it worth all the extra sweat :)
