Here are some short term (pre-nov 1st goals):
Run another 5K (on the calendar for Oct. 5th)
Fit into a size 8 pair of jeans (hasn't happened since the 6th grade...that's insane to me)
Run the entire chapel walk (it'll take me a few more times, but I think if Paul and I keep doing it I'll have it in the bag)
Bike the Wobegon trail to and from SJU
Eat a salad a day
Workout 6 days a week
NO DESSERT FROM GORECKI!!!!
Smile and enjoy all of the time I get to spend with my amazing friends.
Long term goals (I want to accomplish them by Jan 10th, 2014)
Sign up for a 10k
Lose another 30 pounds
Be happy with the person I have become
Sign up for a tri
Sign up for a half marathon
These last few months have changed me so much and I want to start appreciating how much I have changed. Until now I haven't embodied how much I have changed or embraced my new body. I want to start doing that and appreciating all of the people that have helped me here at school.
