Long read but great message. I agree with him 110%, take away the scale, focus on what you are lifting or how your clothes feel. It is just hard as a female to do that! Because weight has always been what people look at. I want to seriously drop 10 pounds then 'throw the scale away for 2 months'. Focusing on eating, my clothes, the weights I am lifting, etc.
