My goals for the week are:
Get 7+ hours of sleep per night
Only have one "treat" a day
Double workout four out of five work days
Be positive
Accept a new challenge
Blog at least 4 times
Practice my Spanish for at least 1 hour a day (Tuesday-Friday)
Here's a little one of my fave motivational pics because we all need to remember it's not all about the pounds we lose each week it's about how we feel and what we can do! Today at boot camp we had the plank challenge test. It sucked I was dying after the first minute, as usual, but I stuck it out for 3:30!!! I felt like a million bucks until I stood up and saw all the other older people still going strong. Two people made it to 15 minutes. If that's not a challenge I don't know what is!
