I moved home this morning and it has been a glorious day that even included a well deserved nap.
This summer I want to continue on a healthy path and really focus on becoming a better and more balanced me.
Some of my summer goals as of now are:
- Run at least three miles a day
- Lift 4 days a week
- Do the Stillwater Stairs adding one set each week
- Go out at most once a week and keep drinks limited at 2
- Clean eating
- One cheat meal per week
- No sweets
- Try a new workout class, restaurant, cafe, or store each week.
- Meet new people
- Get out of my comfort zone whenever possible
