Goals!

This is my last full week of classes! Woot Woot!

I decided to start doing two challenges this week, these next 21 days are going to be interesting.  The 21 day food challenge is by far going to be the most difficult and the plank challenge will be more of a fun workout challenge.

Here are just my general weekly goals:
Stay away from negative energy.
Eat healthy meals (all day) everyday.
Resist temptation from unhealthy snacks.
Remind myself where I want to be by the end of summer.
