Kicking Halloween to the Curb

Halloween. Yet another excuse to eat crap food... I killed it all week with no sweet treats from the office, professors desks, and worst of all the staff lounge, so Friday I treated myself to a latte from Starbucks. Woot woot! 

Here's my favorite "treat" from yesterday. I got to spend a few hours with my favorite baby; Emilia! She was dressed as an irresistible monster. Can you say trouble in say 15 years? 


So I did awesome all week and now tonight my mother made chocolate chip cookies....so here we go! I'm only eating two and I totally burned off the calories today while doing the stairs (talk about a killer workout).

  1. That workout chart. Yikes! It really puts those calories into perspective. I did so well on Halloween. No candy, not even one piece but yesterday I broke down and had 6 oreos. I'm addicted to sugar. I should really try to do a detox or something. Anyway, I'm back on track today so that's all that matters. And I didn't eat the whole container of oreos so that's a good thing too! :)

  2. I am so glad that I am not the only one! My roommates made lemon sugar cookies and when I got home last night I did so good, but today I ate at least 4. Tomorrow is a new day! We can do this :)
